Multi-Customer Network Segmentation
Network segmentation of workshop devices for a customer with over 60 showrooms around the UK. This involves leading the project with advising help-desk users on the segmentation, moving an individual to a seperated subnet for workshop devices. Ensuring printing works, relevant software works, deauthorising IP's of PC's and Laptops that have been moved on the customers Fortigate. Keeping consistency within each site, with setup of automation for each site so manual tasks can be streamlined. This taught me the importance of deadlines, consistency in workload, taking accountability of work carried out and troubleshooting on the spot for incident requests if and when needed.
